Registration Rates
Online registration is open. Starting September 17, 2026, a late fee of $50 will be added for general registrations. A $25 cancellation fee will be applied after September 17, and no refunds are available after September 28, 2022.
* Students will need to sign up to volunteer at the conference for the reduced rate.
** Early Career Professional category is someone who has recently graduated but does not yet have an employer to cover registration costs. In essence, you are still a “student”. If you feel you qualify for this discount, please contact Kevin Meyer at kevin.meyer@idfg.idaho.gov, to explain why your situation meets this criteria and get a code from Kevin prior to registering in this category.
